For some reason we only deliver product inside Kathmandu valley for free of charge. For, delivery outside valley payments are made in advance then we can provide the product with certain minimal delivery charge depending upon the location of delivery.

2.      What is COD? Are there any additional charges for COD orders? Does your delivery person carry credit card machines?
COD refers to Cash on Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card for your online shopping. Saujistore offers their customers an option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our delivery partner upon the delivery of your item.

3.      My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account.What should I do?
We regret the inconvenience caused. Please call us on number provided in contact us section with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. It will surely be refunded back to your account.

Membership Reward

1.      How can I earn and redeem points?
Once customers enroll themselves to become a member and starts purchasing the product, they can instigate racking up the members point. Customer receives 1% of Total Value in Points System, which is equal to 0.5% in monetary value. To redeem your Points, simply click to the “members reward” section which will be in my points. Once it’s clicked it will divert the customer to next page where they can add any items within their point value to their cart, and click the “Checkout” button. Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Payment Information section, the customer needs to make a payment of only the delivery charges depending on the area.


2.      How do I be eligible?
To be eligible of Saujistore’s “Members Reward”, you must sign up and create an account in Saujistore web page. The members all over the world can register but the products will be delivered only in Nepal.

Order and Delivery

1.      How long will it take to be delivered
Saujistore Private Limited offers regular and express delivery inside Kathmandu valley. The goods will be dispatched within the same business day if ordered before 1:00 PM on Sunday – Friday in express delivery. The order made after that will be delivered on next day.The goods for outside valley will be delivered within 3 - days.
The order made after1:00 PM on Friday will be delivered by Sunday. No Deliveries will take place on Saturday or public holiday. If a mobile number is provided customer will receive a call from Saujistore customer executive stating the situation of delivery and the mode of payment. This will also be confirmed by email.

2.      My order has not arrived yet!
We post all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one.Where the address you have provided is not 100% correct, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to provide any kind of further processing.

3.      I can't find my order confirmation email!
Check your Spam or Junk folder (or even the deleted items folder) as you are likely to find your confirmation emails in one of these folders.This is a common query that we receive from customers who have Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and similar POP email accounts.Why?Because these email accounts often have an automatic spam filter that hides emails sent from any retail website.To further ensure our confirmation emails get to you, you can add the mail address to your safe sender's list to ensure your confirmation does not get sent to your Spam or Junk folder.If you have checked these folders and it is still missing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

5.      How do I know my order is confirmed?

6.      What are the different statuses in My Orders?
The different statuses on Purchase History are:
Processing: Your order is processed
In transit: Your item has been handed over to the courier
Delivered: Your item has been delivered
Unable to Deliver will try again: The delivery person could not get the product delivered will try again
Unable to deliver: The item is returned to Saujistore by the courier as undelivered
Transaction Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled

7.      Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?
Please do call us to inform if the delivery address needs to be changed in advance before the product is dispatched.

8.      Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?
The customer needs to sign good receive note once they receive ordered product to assure received product is in good condition. The person can check the product to be assured that the product is ok.

9.      Are there shipping and delivery charges for my order?
Shipping and delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

10.  Delivery was attempted but I was unavailable.What next?
Don't worry, we'll call you to check when you are available to accept the delivery.
Our delivery person will also try to attempt to deliver your order over next 2 days.

4.      Can I exchange the product?Can I cancel my Order?
Saujistore does not provide refunds but we will exchange the product within 3 days.
In case the product is physically damaged or a certain part is missing while the product is delivered please inform us within 24 hours for it to be replaced. Customers cannot cancel their order so please make up your mind before ordering any product from Saujistore.
